A new video that has been released of the 2013 fatal police shooting shows a teen boy running away from two police officers when he was shot and killed in the street.
On January 7, 2013, 17 year old Cedrick Chatman was shot and killed in a South Side Chicago neighborhood as he ran away from two police officers.
The whole event takes about 10 seconds. In the video you see a wounded unarmed boy lying down in the street, handcuffed and one of the officers has his foot on top of Chatman. The video shows that the young man was not carrying a weapon.
