According to police, a man was taken into custody Thursday afternoon after shooting his mother at a Fayetteville spa.
The man has not been identified, shot his mother in the face near the D’aviance Spa in the Showroom Square shopping center on Ireland Drive located near the corner of Raeford Road at about 2 p.m.
