Harnett County Sheriff’s Office said a domestic dispute Saturday between A 19-year-old teenager and his stepfather led to a shooting.
Raekwon Shannon, 19, of Spokane, Washington was taken to Central Harnett Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
According to authorities, deputies responded to a reported gunshot wound at a home in Fuquay Varina at about 12:40 p.m.
Rico McConico Sr. who is Shannon’s stepfather was arrested in Lillington shortly after the incident. He was charged with first-degree murder.
