After crashing into a Cary home early Sunday investigators said William Rafael Garcia is in critical condition.
The report said Garcia lost control of his SUV and ran into the house in the 100 block of Honeysuckle Lane just after midnight.
The SUV was stuck in the crawl space. It was left there so a engineer could come out and evaluate the structural damage to the property.
The home is rental property and no one was living there the time of the accident.
