Sometimes finding the perfect gift is well, not so perfect and despite giving it the All-American try we miss the mark. That is why the day after Christmas in the biggest return day of the year. Before my radio career I worked in retail sales and trust me the day after Christmas was the toughest day of the year. Most people that returned items were rude or just impatient and they took it out on me and my fellow sales team.
