A missing 2 year-old boy and his father have been located in North Carolina. The child is named Jameson Linberry-Pollard and his father is identified as 24-year old Jason Pollard. Pollard was pulled over by State Highway Patrol on Saturday near Greenville, for speeding. The father and son were last seen in Ashland, Virginia on Thursday.
Pollard was charged with driving under the influence, carrying an open container, child endangerment and child neglect among other charges. Police originally reported that he may be suffering from symptoms of a mental illness.
