Investigators say, 27yr old Jessica Warren admitted to beating her 4yr old daughter Armani with a belt and possibly punching her, which lead to her death.

You may remember the story on September 25th when officers were called to some apartments in Durham on Falls Pointe Dr. because of a young girl who was unconscious and unresponsive. The initial report from the mother was that the little girl had fallen and hit her head and went to bed. After investigation, no head injuries were found but showed that the little girl died from severe abdominal trauma and a lacerated liver.
Jessica Warren has been charged with 1st degree murder.
