Panther Creek High School senior Bradley Gray Hoffman is facing four counts of secret peeping and four counts of possessing photographs of secret peeping after authorities say he attached a smartphone to his shoe to record videos underneath women’s skirts. Hoffman is also charged with five secret-peeping charges involving four victims at a SuperTarget store in Beaver Creek Commons.
