Earlier reports thought that gas prices would surely come down around the end of Daylight Savings time.  Daylight Savings time ends Sunday and gas prices are continuing to climb.   According to the national Lundberg Survey the average price of regular gasoline in the U.S. has risen 17.8 cents over a 2 week period.  The national average for a gallon of regular was $2.66, midgrade $2.78 and premium at $2.90. It is the first rise since late July.
