In the deadliest day for U.S. troops in Afghanistan in more than 4 years, 14 Americans were killed on Monday in helicopter crashes.  Marine spokesman Capt. Bill Pelletier said the first crash killed 10 Americans – seven troops and three civilians and another crash involving two U.S. Marine helicopters killed four American troops.  It was the biggest single day loss of life since June 28, 2005.  The Taliban are taking credit for the crashes that are still under investigation.  In the meantime, the Obama administration is discussing whether to send tens of thousands more troop to Afghanistan.

Let’s continue to keep our troops in our Prayers!
