An Amber Alert issued late Sunday for a 3-year-old missing from Lincoln County was canceled after the girl was found unharmed, state authorities said. Christina Grace Koonce was found in Washington in Beaufort County, according to a release from the North Carolina Department of Public Safety.
Troy Lee Koonce Jr. – who was identified by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office as the boyfriend of the girl’s mother – was charged with second-degree kidnapping.
