Former Durham District Attorney Tracey Cline is still fighting to get her job back.
Last year, Judge Robert Hobgood removed Cline from office for falsely accusing Superior Court Judge Orlando Hudson of corruption in several legal filings. Her attorneys argue she could have better handled her dispute with the judge, but it should not cost her her job.
On Wednesday, the Court of Appeals heard arguments from both sides about whether or not Cline should be reinstated.
