Most drivers have seen, braked or hurried through them, but a group of residents in Cary are now arguing that certain red light cameras were used unfairly.
The town is being sued by two people as a class action lawsuit; all related to its red light camera program that was canceled in August 2012. The cameras can be found at intersections across the country, but some Triangle drivers say red light cameras are a ripoff.
