Just want to give you an update on my friend.
God is so good… and he is truly a healer. For those of you who know and I’m sure have heard my friend Debbie Doo as she gives me a hard time about being a Carolina fan while she is an avid Duke fan. But what you may not know is that she is an awesome woman of God with a smile always on her face and God’s word on her lips. She suffered a stroke a few months ago and has had to re-learn to walk and talk through rehabilitation. Yesterday her sister called me because Debbie wanted to talk to me. WOW! Not only did she talk but sang Happy Birthday to me! After fighting away the tears, I managed to say Thank You…. not just to my friend Debbie but also to our wonderful and awesome God that we serve.
