This is some response to a failed marriage. I’m happy to see any child have the chance to find a happy home. I’m especially excited to see any African American child have the opportunity to be apart of a loving family since those reports surfaced a few weeks ago citing that 7 out of 10 black children are over looked by parents looking to adopt.

Sandra Bullock has made a major life changing decision to become a mom. I don’t question her motives, I don’t think this is a part of the white celebrity trend to bring a black baby home. My only concern is the timing. Mentally she must be under a cloud of painful, emotional confusion considering her current relationship status and more than that considering how the news broke and exposed her private matter to the entire plant. No one has laid eyes on Sandra ever since the sticky news of her husband’s infidelity has landed in the headlines. You may recall it was one of those Tiger scenarios where multiple women emerged following her big Oscar win. Bullock and James ended up separating just 10 days after the March 7 Oscars following the sorted reports.

Now Sandra Bullock not only reemerges as a woman probably scorned, and on her way to divorce court but now as a mom. Babies can already be a hand full and are a huge responsibility. Not saying that she can’t handle it, but that’s a lot to add in to the picture and if mismanaged could only compound her bleak situation not to mention hurt the child. Having a baby as a means of counseling or a therapy swap is no resolution. With thoughts of Bullock’s last big blockbuster film “The Blind Side” this is one case of life imitating art.

Well the chap is a cutie pie so hopefully all works towards Sandra’s favor.  “He’s just perfect, I can’t even describe him any other way,” Bullock tells “People” about her 3½ month-old son Louis Bardo Bullock. “It’s like he’s always been a part of our lives.” Bullock says she is now finalizing the adoption as a single parent.
