Authorities are investigating an officer-involved shooting in Durham that left one man dead. Saturday afternoon, police said they arrived at East Geer Street in response to a suicide threat. After a confrontation, police said they shot and killed a man. Authorities aren’t releasing the identity of the victim or any other information at this time. The SBI is investigating the incident, which is standard procedure in an officer-involved shooting.
