Closing arguments are expected today in the murder trial of a Greensboro woman accused of killing a North Carolina Central University graduate student more than three years ago.

28 year old Shannon Elizabeth Crawley is charged with murder in the Jan. 4, 2007, shooting death of 25 year old Denita Monique Smith.

Crawley stuck to her story Thursday that her former boyfriend pulled the trigger. She provided recordings of phone conversations to back it up.

Crawley testified yesterday that Stroud stalked her after the abortion, calling her repeatedly at her job as a Guilford Metro 911 dispatcher and following her when she was driving.
