Orange County deputies were dispatched to the couple’s home outside Chapel Hill in October 2008 after Elizabeth Edwards told a dispatcher that her husband stole her wallet.
The call occurred about two months after John Edwards publicly admitted that he had an affair with Rielle Hunter.
