Hip-Hop Program Helps Kids Stay Out Of Trouble In L.A.

LOS ANGELES-A community center in L.A.’s notorious Rampart area is helping teenagers stay out of trouble by giving them a creative outlet.

A program at the community center, “Sessions LA” use hip-hop and deejay culture to teach them how to make beats using digital technology.
