<p>Do the following to keep your karma good,  when someone comes at you in an aggressive manner that appears inappropriate, harsh, and or simply bizarre:</p>

<p>Let your breath return to its normal and natural pace. Continue to breath in slowly, smoothly, and deeply&#8230;Your breathing is steady, easy, silent.</p>
<p>Each time you exhale&#8230;allow yourself to feel peaceful&#8230;calm&#8230;and completely relaxed&#8230;if your mind wanders, bring your attention back to your breath.</p>
<p>Stretch and open your eyes feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, alert, and fully alive.</p>
