Kirk Franklin Still At No. 1 With “Hello Fear”

Kirk CD “Hello Fear” was originally slated to release in May but was released last month – March 22nd; now look at it go!

Kirk Franklin’s Cd is currently No. 1 on Billboard’s top Gospel Albums and No. 5 on the Billboard 200. The CD has sold 87,000 copies since its’ release. Kirk is currently on tour with Steve Harvey.

Billboard Depicts Obama As Nazi, Muslim, Mexican, Gay Gangster

A Billboard in Grand Junction, Colorado is causing controversy in its depiction of President Barack Obama. While the owner has remained anonymous, the artist, Paul Snoder has come forward to claim the work. KJCT8 reports:

“To not put my name on it would be saying that I’m embarrassed or afraid, or ashamed of what I’ve done,” Paul Snover said. “And, I’m not.”

Snover says the picture shows what some call Mr. Obama’s four faces. He’s depicted as a terrorist, a mobster, an illegal immigrant, and a gay man as he gambles with different values that America stands for.

He’s shown gambling away things like the constitution, the bible, the liberty bell, and our troops’ lives.

Black Smoke Music Worldwide gospel artist James Fortune & FIYA’s new CD, ENCORE has debuted at # 2 on Billboard Top Gospel Album chart. It is also currently, #7 on the Billboard Independent Album chart, #14 on Billboard’s Current R&B Album Overall chart and #51 on Billboard’s Top 200 Album chart.
“Encore” is co-written by Fortune and produced by Terence Vaughn and is currently on both gospel and urban mainstream radio and charted at #7 on Billboard’s Hot Gospel Song chart. The single is also crossing over in the Top 20 at the Urban Adult Contemporary radio format.
