The first impression you get when you meet Pastor Garrick is two words, “GOD Chaser” His love and drive for Jesus Christ is unbelievable and unmistakably for real. We at Miracle Life Ministries International (M.L.M.I) Church has never seen a pastor as hungry and thirsty after GOD and will do whatever it takes to have an encounter with Him. His passion is to “die empty”. That is, to give all of him for the sake of the gospel, until there’s nothing left to give. He’s not only pursuing that for himself but for his congregation as well. Pastor Garrick pours himself into his congregation unbelievably. His genuine love and concern for people, especially his church family is praise worthy. The way that he presents the gospel to us, you won’t find that kind of teaching in any ordinary church. Pastor Garrick models the very principles that he teaches and preaches about. He is definitely a doer of the word and not just a hearer. He exemplifies his own teaching. He gives us lots of opportunities to learn through real-life experiences, especially when it comes to spiritual War-fare and praying for deliverances, from evil spirits. Pastor Garrick demonstrates and explains what to expect and is gearing up his congregation to go and do what Jesus did. Our Pastor stays in constant prayer and fasting not only for his church, but for the community and nations. He believes GOD for a revival that soon to come that’s going to sweep all of the Raleigh and Durham area, also in other regions. These are just a few examples of why we believe Pastor Garrick should be nominated Pastor of the month. His unrelenting passion for winning souls in the kingdom is heart felt. He knows his authority in Christ and walks fully in it, and as he always says “ain’t nobody mad but the devil”.
