Marvin Sapp and his three beautiful children honored their beloved wife and mother first lady, MaLinda during her homegoing services this week in Grandville, Michigan.  Several prominent figures in the gospel, local and world paid their respect with remarks and tributes during the service. 

MaLinda Sapp, wife of gospel singer and pastor Marvin Sapp, died last week after an 18-month struggle with colon cancer. Marvin Sapp and his children pay tribute to Malinda by reading a memorable poem called ‘Footprints In The Sand’ and Marvin sings an encouraging song, “Let go and let God have his way.”

Gospel music legend Karen Clark Sheard (member of the equally iconic ensemble The Clark Sisters) was among the special guests to make an appearance at the homegoing services for Marvin Sapp’s wife Lady MaLinda Sapp.

Thousands of mourners from across the country were on hand during the "Homegoing Service" for MaLinda Sapp.

A man suspected of shooting a Johns Hopkins Hospital doctor fatally shot himself and his mother, who was hospitalized, according to Baltimore police. Police have identified him as Warren Davis.
