<p><a href="http://m.deadline.com/2010/05/cannes-terrence-howard-in-talks-to-play-cameron-crowes-marvin-gaye/">Deadline London</a> caught up with Terrence Howard while covering the Cannes Film Festival and learned that he is in talks to play Marvin Gaye in Cameron Crowe’s long-gestating biopic. Luckily, Howard seems to be aware of the responsibility of portraying one of America’s most famous musicians on the big screen.</p>

&#8220;Avatar&#8221; has been No. 1 at the box office for six straight weeks with a domestic total of $554.9 million. It shot down &#8220;The Dark Knight&#8221; on Saturday to become the second highest-grossing film domestically.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There has been so much talk about the movie <em>Precious: Based on the Novel Push by Sapphire.</em> We&#8217;ve been hearing about this movie since the beginning of the year. But is it worth all of the hype?</p>
<p>Unlike <em>Michael Jackson&#8217;s This Is It</em>, which was hype up to no end but we all knew what we were getting ready to see. Then again, there was all of the hype around <em>X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Terminator Salvation</em> and <em>Paranormal Activity</em>, which no where near lived up to the hype. Actually, they all fell short of expectations. So what about <em>Precious</em>?</p>
