Rachael Natacha Owens left on her own will, changed her identity and had not contacted family or friends since she disappeared in 2011.
Investigators say “ she even assumed a false identity and date of birth.”
Owens went missing on May 5, 2011 after being last seen getting off a school bus at South Brunswick High School in Boiling Spring Lakes, NC.
Owens now 21 was 15 at the time and was seen getting into a dark-colored car with an apparent South Carolina license plate,
