This morning I read where NC is complying with an appeals court ruling to restore same-day registration and counting out-of-precinct ballots for the fall elections beginning Nov. 4th in NC.
These are some laws that were passed but later challenged by civil rights groups to be unfair toward minority groups.
To get a better understanding of what this means for us in this upcoming election, I called Rev. Barber, President of the NC Chapter of NAACP.
