Washington, D.C. — Creators Joshua Coates and Mario Steele with partner TV Producer Robert Blagman will be joining forces with Congresswomen Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX ) and The Gospel Music Heritage Month Foundation on a new prime time television series.
Director Joshua Coates a fresh face to many in the Entertainment Industry seeks to take Gospel and Christian Music to Prime time Television. “Love is the Key to Gospel & Christian Music, it binds us all,” says Coates.
This new series will give a platform to ALL genres of Gospel /Christian Music with a star studded panel and host(s).
FAST FORWARD
Are you a performer in the Faith base community and looking for your shot to display your God given talents? Now is your time. Many shows that are out now are not designed to showcase the different styles and variations of Faith base music, however this show will and on a Grand Scale. The Project has been in development for the past 2 years and is now making aggressive steps toward scoring a major television deal.
This show will be unlike anything you have seen before in the Faith base community. “It’s time to let the history and beauty of Gospel/Christian music shine on a major stage and we hope to do that,” says Joshua Coates. “I’ve sat back for years in church and behind the scenes of entertainment and I see a void in the Gospel/Christian industry that needs to be filled.”
The show will feature A -List celebrities from across the globe with Gospel and Christian celebrity favorites. Coates says the show’s audience will include the US, as well as Europe.
It has been rumored for sometime now that Gospel recording artist Tye Tribbett has been in talks to join the show. Only time will tell now, if those rumors had any merit.
Director Joshua Coates looks to launch more Television programming and motion pictures starting in 2015.
