Bishop William Spain is the pastor of The Glorious Church, located at 725 Glascock St. in Raleigh. He is the Presiding Prelate of The International Council of Pentecostal Ministries (ICOPM) and has served in ministry for over 55 years. He is the husband of Lady Regina Spain and a true servant leader who preaches & teaches the word of God. He is passionate about winning lost souls to Christ; his motto is REACH THEM; WIN THEM; TEACH THEM; SEND THEM.
Bishop Spain is a spiritual father to many and is not ashamed to share his experiences.
