Reared in Atlanta, Georgia, the southern songbird found the seeds of ministry planted via participation in her local church choir and singing groups. Honing her skills and rooted as a leader from an early age, she says she’s always found joy in helping the Word go forth. ! “My heart is most full when I see God’s people respond to who He is through worship,” states Casey J.
As she prepared for her solo journey to ministry, she began serving as worship leader for celebrated pastor, author and entrepreneur Marquis Boone’s Fresh Start Church in Duluth, Georgia. She later joined the roster of Boone’s MBE (Marquis Boone Enterprise) management and launched her debut single, “Fill Me Up,” in spring 2014. The uplifting, Will Reagan-written first single from her debut album, is filled with a sincerity and stirring musical arrangement that resonates from every chord to every word. !
