TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY: Today I wanted to share another awesome story of transformation. I met local bow tie entrepreneur (Natty Neckware) and avid runner Marcus Hawley a few years back through a few mutual friends. Never knew that we had shared a similar weight-loss journey until recently. I was amazed at his progression. Keeps me inspired. Anything is possible when you put your mind and body in to it.
