Officials at Fayetteville State University recently announced that alumnus and entrepreneur Nicholas Perkins has bequeathed $1 million to the university as a beneficiary of his living will.
Perkins says that his gift is way of supporting the university’s $25 million capital campaign.
Perkins’ total gift to FSU now equal $1.1 million, including a $100,000 gift to the FSU School of Business and Economics in 2012.
