Race Route: This out and back race/walk will start at the flag pole in front of Central High School. Participants will cross over Main St/K-V Road near the Dollar General Store picking up the scenic Heritage Trail along the historic Virginian Railway tracks. Near 1 ½ miles out participants will head back to finish up in Central’s football stadium.
This year will award Male and Female 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers by age group — 12 and under, 13 to 15, 16 to 19, 20 to 25, 26 to 35, 36 to 45, 46 to 55, 56 to 65 and over 65.
Entry fee is $20 if paid prior to April 19th and is $25 afterwards. Checks should be made out to Central of L. Alumni Scholarship Foundation and either mailed along with your entry form to Central or hand deliver to Central’s Office. You may register the day of the race starting at 7:30AM up until 8:30.
Race Packets: Local participants should pick up their race packets Friday from 5:00PM to 7:00PM in the school cafeteria. Students may pick up their Race Packets Friday after school in the cafeteria. Out of town participants may pick up their packets the 30min prior to the race.
