Homegoing services for celebrated gospel singer Inez Andrews, former member of the legendary Caravans have been announced. Andrews died Wednesday, Dec. 19 at age 83 from cancer. The services are as follows:

Mrs. Andrews was an original member of The Caravans along with founder Albertina Walker, Dorothy Norwood, Delores Washington and Shirley Caesar.

The Caravans were known for songs like:  Lord Keep Me Day By Day, Remember Me and Mrs. Andrews leading favorites like:  Mary Don’t You Weep, and I’m Not Tired Yet.
