Around 10:30 this morning Judge Hobgood delivered a ruling in the Durham DA removal hearing.
Superior Court Judge Robert Hobgood said Cline’s statements violated the NC Judicial conduct. He also says there was “clear, cogent and convincing” evidence during a four-day inquiry that Cline had “brought the office of the Durham County District Attorney and the entire Durham County justice system into disrepute.”
Cline said she will appeal Hobgood’s ruling .
