Oprah Winfrey’s cable network and her “O” magazine are facing challenges.

According to the Hollywood Reporter,  her OWN network is facing low ratings while her magazine struggles with ad sales. 

Some say they believe ratings and sales are down because Oprah has lost the “magic.”
